1995 Chevy Lumina what is wrong?

The car is cutting out and there is a hesitation? Is this the o2 senser? Or is it plugs and wires?

Hi there,

Start with a scan, check for any unresolved fault codes and do a full tune up including air & fuel filter, this will often fix these problems, start here.
