How do you change the fuses on this 1994 Chevy Lumina, and how do you know which ones need changed?

Your fuses are located inside the fuse boxes (in your engine compartment and inside the car).
To pull a fuse, you can use a special tool but it is not necessary (it's easier though).
To check your fuses, you can either pull each one out and visually inspect them, or use a test light.
Fuses are transparent and have a wire in the middle; if the wire is burned, your fuse needs to be replaced.
Usually, when you have a blown fuse, it means that this particular circuit experienced an overload or there's a short. So replacing the fuse might only be a temporary fix.
