My mechanic cannot figure out why there is no vacuum in the exhaust manifold. I don't understand the problem, he may have said or meant intake manifold. Problem started with regulator that is associated with fuel pressure.

There is vaccum in the exhaust manifold, and some in the intake also.

You need to get back to me as what you need first of all. Also a exhaust doesnt really need vaccum. Helps at highspeed but the amount youll notice with a stock vehicle, very little.
