1990 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My engine wont turn over. It tries. Its like its not getting any gas. The tank is full.

Before spending money and guessing whats wrong you shoudl buy a spark tester and fuel check guage, or rent or borrow them.

From there you will have to check the fuel presssure, and spark on all cylinders! Get back with what you find.
