My 1990 Lumina is starting to sputter after it runs for about 50 miles. It starts good, doesn't use any oil. All in all it is a good car except for this one issue. After it cools off it will start just fine until it is run another 50 miles or so. The plugs and wires have been replaces.

Your symtoms can be the module, or EGR sticking, or fuel pressure...is the service engine light on or flashing? test for stored codes this way.

Cross these two terminals as shown, then turn the key on. Count the flashes, a 22 will flash as 2 flashes then a short pause, then 2 flashes, if more than one code is stored, the pause will be longer. The codes will display three times and end with 12. Write them down and post here. This connector is right under the middle of the dash...
