2003 Chevy Impala leakage

I hit a pot while drive and later found that my powersteering fluid is leakage for an u-shaped metal piece front the front lower part of the car. I went to the auto store an the clerk told me not to buy the stop leak because it would be a waste of time-however my neighbor said it is not the powersteering pump it could be the thin line. Help me

Help is on the way. Using a tubing cutter, cut out the piece that is leaking and then install a rubber hose (power steering return hose) and use 2 small clamps on each side of newly installed rubber hose, make sure not to kink the hose. Thats it
