2001 Chevy Impala Wobbling

Hello my question is that every time I slow down and go about 30 to 40 miles per how it feel like my right wheel is wobbling. But when I get my speed up it is fine I just put new hub assembly on both sides and its still doing that I have also go my tires balance and doing the same thing what could it be?

I had a wobble at low to medium speed that had me baffled for a long time. Finally fixed it with new motor mounts. Not the suspension after all.

Thanks I had motor mounts put on my car all the way around about 2 years ago I had the dealership to do it.
