Front axels make a sliping sound(Like gears sliping) when put under a heavy load. More noticeable when making a turn and accelatering. Can the axel slip?
Does not make any noise when driving. Thought it might be cvc joints, but does not make any noise when turning. I keep thing the where the axel slides onto the trans axel that the axel houseing might be alittle striped where it slides onto trans axel. Just short of removing to inspected it. I have replaced bad cvc joints in the past but this acts like a different problem. Could the notches where the axel slips on get striped in the cvc houseing where it slides onto thans?

The chances of it stripping the axles is very slim. I really feel you have a bad CV joint. Remember, there are two on each side. The outer one will make noise when turning, but the inner can make noise on acceleration.

Let me know what you think.
