in the winter my wipers frozen, turned the wipers on they ran across the windshield, then they go out sync
i've been told it could be the moter or the relayor something in those lines. Thanx for the help if any my left arm is getiing tired from holding the stupid wiper thanx again.

Hi there,

this may be just the wiper arm support. Undo the nit at the base of the wiper arm, and loosen the taper that locates it onto the pivot. Make sure that the wipers are parked at the bottom of the screen and tighten tis nut, test the wipers, if all else is OK, you should be sorted.
