I think my engine locked up in my corsica, How do I make sure, and if it is the case, how and can I free it up again?

Hello, I'd try to turn the crank by hand. It might be easier to remove the accessory belt and spark plugs, might be hydrostatic lock, fluid in the cylinders, don't know. Is the coolant low?

Yes, the coolant is relatively low. It has been sitting for about 3 months or so, but has been started every now and again and sat in idle for about 5 minutes each, maybe once every three weeks or so.
