My car starts up with no problems. After 7-10 miles and the car warms up I start to have problems. When I am coming to a stop the car starts to put out like it is running out of gas then slams out. It willstart up again but when I put it into reverse or drive it slams out again. If I am able to let it cool off for about 30-60 min it starts and goes but only until it warms up again.

Hi, thanks for the donation. How long since a tune-up? On some systems, I have seen torque converter lockup, that wouldn't release. It has to release coming to a stop or vehicle dies. Can you check for possible trouble codes? To check for codes, you place jumper wire between A & B terminals of datalink connector. Turn key just till dash lites come on, no further. The mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes. Below is a generic ALDL. If the problem is temp related, a coolant temp sensor, could cause issues.
