2006 Chevy Cobalt block heater

I live in grand forks, ND. It can get anywhere from -30 to -50. This is our first winter here. Do I need to get a block heater for my car?

I recommend you do on that type of environment and go all out if you wish additional protection such as battery blanket and oil dip stick heater. Again dunno if its gonna be outside or inside a garage. Get protected in the event of 911 situation
