IVE HAD MY CAR GOING ON 2 YRS.I GIVE A OIL CHANGE ONCE A MONTH YESTERDAY MY CAR TURN OFF WHEN I PUT IT IN DRIVE ,BUT IT TURN BACK ON,I NOTICED THE RPM NEEDLE GO BELOW 1 AND THEN COME BACK TO 1 RPM,DO I NEED A TUNE UP OR IS IT MY TIMMING BELT. THANKS

Tune up wouldn't hurt, but before throwing parts at it, it could be a fuel issue, spark etc.

I would have the PCM scanned at most autoparts stores for free, look for any codes or pending codes.

Misfires will set an error code on PCM.
