Fan not working

I have a 1993-94 chevy cavalier Z24 and my fan is not working can you tell me what is wrong?

Have you checked youre fan fuse. Also have u tryed running live power wire from the battery to the fans power wire directly, If it doesnt kick on, Then I would say youre fan is burnt out, Also if it does work, youre fan relay is burnt out.
