My horn stopped working where is the horn mounted?

Where is the horn mounted on my car I need to replace it?

Number one is the front cross support, number 2 is the horn. Don't know if you can visually see the horn from top or bottom? Removal info says to raise and safely support passenger side front tire, remove tire, remove or partially remove the fender lining, ever how much it takes to get at the horn.
