Car not heating up properly engine temp drops when defrost or heater is cut on

The first thing I would recommend is replacing the thermostat. It sounds like it is sticking open all of the time.

Replaced Thermostat and still having same problem. Also drained and flush radiator. Still got me puzzled and thankyou for your help in this matter!
