What is reasonable labor charge to replace passanger side motor mount & timing belt that will soon go?
Where is the most reasonable place to purchase the parts from for 1999 chevy cavalier?

Check around, call a few dealers and a few local garages, they should give you an estimate.

It would be difficult to give you cost's from here.

Check with autoparts stores for the cost of the mount and the timing belt, then compare them with the estimates. Make sure you understand the warranty the garages/dealer offer before you let them work on car.
