1998 Chevy Cavalier P0420 code

I am still receiving a p420 code after replacing the entire exhaust system including the exhaust pipe, cat converter, O2 sensors before and after the cat converter and the muffler what else can I do to clear this code so I can pass emissions testing?

Did you reset code with a scanner?

If so, what type of convertor did you use, factory or universal?

Assuming everything you installed is working, then it is either an Air/Fuel ratio problem (lean/rich), or the PCM is defective.
