I have replaced the wheel bearing and I still have a grinding sound while driving and even worse when the wheel is turned. Is it possable im having cv joint or shaft problems? I noticed that there is some greese or somthing coming out of where my shaft connects with the motor. I also noticed my wheel is hard to turn if jacked up. The other side was not as stiff and turned fine.

CV shafts usually fail when the boot gets damaged and the grease leaks out, water gets in and causes metal to metal contact. Inspect the CV boots for rips, tears.

Also inspect the outer tie rod ends and the ball joint.
