should've told u the catalytic converter has been replaced it's new, but not done right. Welds not done right

As long as it's on and not clogged or leaking (meaning welds are solid enough to not leak) than it should be good. You can test oxygen sensors but o2 sensors are maintenance parts anyway meaning they actually have a set mileage to be replaced, usually every 80 k miles.
