Hello! I am currently looking into buying a used car. I found a Chevy Cavalier Convertible that ios a 97' with 108,000 miles on it. The car itself is in really good condition and everything seems to be fine under the hood. It has a couple scratches and dents, but nothing major. The guy wants 2500 dollars for it. I was wondering if there are any major costly problems that I might run into after buying it that are common becuase of the high mileage. Also, is it worth the price that he wants? I just want this car for about a year or so to get me through school. I don't drive that far, really just around my neighborhood maybr the furthest 40 or so miles if that. I am just nervous becuase of the mileage, and wanted to know if chevy's were reliable with such a high mileage? I wouls greatly appreciate your input on the situation. Thank you SO SO MUCH!
