1997 Chevy Cavalier Engine idles rough

I jumped started my car wrong and now it idles really rough and hard. I was told that the power train module might be damaged so I replaced it. However that did not seem to correct this problem. It seems like its misfiring or not firing some pistons at all. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.

Check your plug wires with a spark tester and see whick one is not getting spark. Also check your injectors and see if there is injector pulse at the connector. You will need a noid light for that
