When I turn the key to try and crank it will not turnover, I have interior lights, radio, etc. I jumped the starter with a screwdriver and it cranked. The blower for my ac/heater sometimes comes on then goes out again, is this a ignition switch, alternator, or neutral safety switch problem?

I would think the ignition switch. Locate the NSSS and jump the wire connectors, if it starts, then that is the problem, if not then it is the ignition switch.

If you jump the NSSS, ABSOLUTELY make sure the car is in PARK, wheels blocked, parking brake ON.
Better yet, jack the car up, with front wheels off the ground.
