To many cars not enough time!!!! What is code po302 and what do we need to repair?

p030* codes are failry comon, best thign to do is switch the spark plug, and plug wire wiht another cylinder.
reset code and wait, when it comes back does the code change or is it the same/ if it moves to the cylinder that you swapped the plug and wire change the plug and wire.
if it doesnt switch check for spark, fuel, and compression on that cylinder
best way to check is to remove and groudn spark plug on that cylinder while vehicle is running, does vehicle run rough or no change notted?
