Electrical problem
1996 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I don't have brake lights or blinkers. I do have marker lights and headlights working.

ABS light stays on.

I have replaced the brake stop switch, all bulbs, and the multifunction switch in the steering column. All fuses check good.

Is there something I missed?
Is the ABS in this circuit?

Does the high-mount brake lite work? If not, did you check voltage circuit to and from the brake switch? Orange wire is hot all the time. White wire goes hot when brake switch is activated. The highmount brake lite isn't wired through the multifunction switch, the lower brake lites are. Use a voltage tester on the circuits mentioned. Did you use a voltage tester on applicable fuse?

Third brake light does not work either. I get nothing. Could it be the BCM?

Use a voltage tester on the circuits I mentioned. A simple testlite will work. One end of testlite touch to metal part of vehicle for ground, you touch the pointed end of testlite to circuit you want to check for voltage. If the lite comes on, you have voltage. Check the stop/hazzard fuse for voltage also, usually the fuse a bare spot over each fuse leg, you don't have to pull the fuse. If the testlite comes on at each bare spot, good, so far. I can tell you how and what to check, but, you have to do your part, as far as testing.
