1994 cavalier 3.1 fi car runs very rough a change spark plugs runs a litle better but it feel s like is running in 5 cyl any ideas?

Ever changed the plug wires or fuel filter? Both could help with the rough running.

I change spark plugs and cables I dint change fuel filter il do that
