1993 Chevy Cavalier Some General Questions.

Does the transmission have a dipstick or a plug? Does the catilac converter get clogged? What kind of fluid does it take for the transmission? It's a manual. I was told gear lube 80-90 weight and syncromesh fluid is that right?

I can't say I have run into a manual one of these, but appearantly it does have a dipstick in it.

IT takes syncromesh fluid only.

The converter can get clogged although it will only when there is another problem.
