I have a 1992 Chevy Caviler VL that has about 125000 miles on it. It has a code 32 on it. I have replaced the egr valve, the egr soleniod, cleaned all the ports under the egr valve and checked for cracked or broken vacuum hoses, but yet I still have the code 32. It is not a hard code. It only shows up after a while of driving. Like 15 to 25 min. Of driving, but if you leave it sit still and run it don't through the code. Please help.

Ok what code 32 means is that there is an EGR flow test error. Durring closed throttle coast down the ECM will cycle three individual EGR valve solenoids on and off one at a time and and monitor for changes in RPM and O2 sensor activity.
So if the EGR valve didn't fix this then you need to check for any wiring issues. Make sure there is power to the egr valve and that there is no shorts in the wiring to the valve. So here is a diagram of the wiring so you know which wire supplies the power.
