1991 Chevy Caprice Car vibrates/shakes.

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1991 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 171xxx miles

While driving on the freeway as I get to about 55-65MPH my car shakes and vibrates badly. BUT this only happens when I slowly accelerate. If I punch the gas this does not happen (before it even shakes or even when it starts to shake).

I know I need new inner/outer tire rods but I have a feelin this is with the transmission. What could be the source of my problem?

I need to figure out why this is happening

Also, my ABS light turns on after driving about 5-10minutes OR after driving faster than 50mph. I am not to sure I still have to check but always forget til it turns on lol
