Does the 1991 caprice have an O2 Sensor? I'm planning to put my own hydrogen generator in my car.

All the ebooks on hydro gen on the internet are pretty much useless. They all WILL work only if you spend $200-$300 in tools, and on top of that, have exceptional electrical knowledge. Chances of something going bad are high. I'm an electrical and computer engineering student so i'm making a slightly modified version of the internet ones. I'll post my project details for free once it's up and running.

What will happen if I just rip the O2 sensor off of my car?

Wow, hope your kidding about 'ripping' the O2 sensor off your car! Even though the sensor may make the car burn rich once it senses that too much oxygen is in the exhaust stream, ripping it off will make your fuel too lean. You need to adjust the output from the sensor, a little, just to compensate for the added hydrogen/oxygen. Electrical engineer, download the schematics like I did and build it, for under $40. Or buy the thing off ebay for less than $60.
