Throttle "sticking"

When I start my car, it idles at 1000rpm. When I drive it, regardless of distance, the throttle will stick usually at 1500rpm. At times, the idle will stick at 2000 or 2500rpm. When stopped, if the clutch is slowly released, the idle will fall back to 1000rpm and will stay there until I begin driving again, at which point the idle will again stick. I've replaced the Throttle Position Sensor and no improvement. Could this be a symptom of a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor?

My car used to idle like that but I dont think it would have to do with ur mass air flow sensor cuz mine was unhooked and idled fine just didnt have any top-end, but ur idle problem might be you pcv valve
