1992 Chevy Camaro RS V6 mileage: 100,000. I have intermittent starting problems. The dash lights come on with the key on. I turn the key and get a small click from the starter. Upon trying to start it nothing happens (just the clicking noise) then all of a sudden it starts after a few dozen tries. The starter clicks but the engine won't turn over. I have replaced the old starter with a new one, replaced the ignition switch, ignition lock cylinder, and a new key. I don't know what else to do. What could be the problem that I am having?

Check the cable comming from the battery to the starter and all the connections, with you getting a clicking sound at the starter it sounds like the starter solinoid is working. If the connections are good the problem could be in the starter.
