1994 Chevy Camaro Engine upgrade

I'm wondering how much it would run me to swap my v6 out with a v8. It seems engine swaps cost around 4k so I'm wondering what else I would have to replace (I'm pretty sure I would have to get a stronger transmission) and how expensive it would be. (I would guess somewhere around 10k but I'm not entirely sure.)

You are most likely close. Honestly, everything needs changed, computer, mounts, vacuum lines, wiring harness. It's really not worth the effort. We recommend staying with a direct replacement.
