1991 Chevy Camaro failed smog

My car failed smog now I put new plugs new wires new cap and roter it is now back fireing and idle is rough, it ran good b4 I did all this to pass smog I havent passed smog its a test only smog in california that I have to do I also changed the 02 sensor im so upset I have no car

You probably pu teh spark plug wires on wron cylinders. A small block chevy has th e #1 on the cap at about 11:30 on the cap with 12 beng the forward. The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. It fires clockwise Recheck it. To pass the smog test, change the oil and oil filter and air filter. Drive the car on teh exspressway for about 10 miles THEN go get it tested. It will probably pass.
