1990 Chevy Camaro Engine stutters at 2000-2500 RPMs

My 1990 Camaro IROC Z (5.7 TPI) has been running fairly well, but as of lately, I notice that when I get on the highway and go 60-65, between 2000 and 2500 RPMS, the engine has a stutter to it. I noticed it when I looked at my tachometer and it was dropping a few hundred rmps in a non-rythmic matter. It doesn't happen at any other time when I drive it, just in that RPM range. I replaced the fuel injectors a little over a year ago with higher pressure fuel injectors (22#instead of 19#), but it never had a problem until now. I was wondering if it was possible that I had a vacuum leak or if it was the fuel pressure regulator or maybe even my fuel pump. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Check ignition coil, mine just went bad after my cat converter went bad, check that as well. Engine got hotter, suspect coil couldn't take the heat anymore.

I wouldn't think it'd be the ignition coil because I replaced that this past summer with an MSD ignition coil. I could check to see that the wires are good too, they're also MSD 8.5mm race wires. I alsp replaced the cap and rotor.
