1986 Chevy Camaro engine locked up

Would like to change to a 350sb wanted to know if factory transmission will bolt

The trasmission should bolt up but you need to be sure the flywheel housing does. The V6 will have a different flywheel housing. You computer will need to be updated or matched for the small block as well.
