I installed new procomp manifold with new adapter plate from 4 bbrl to 2 bbrl now it idles to hi cant seemed to idle it down

What it sounds like is that there is a air leak. Check the plate. There are sprays that detect leaks you spray around the intake. If there is a leak the engine will change rpm. First check the idle screw and linkage. The throttle could be sticking. If that is the case then you might have to put a heaver return spring on.

Use the spray on the intake where you put the adapter plate and around the area. Check any vacuum lines making sure they are good.
