Engine vibration

Shakes or Wobbles problem V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 60000 miles

I have a 1968 Chevy Camaro with a 327 engine. I have developed a vibration that is coming from the motor as this vibration can be felt while sitting still. What may be causing this?

This can be a lot of things, a loose converter a big cam in the engine, a miss in the engine, etc. If it does it at idle and not in gear, take the belt off and start the car up and see if the vibration goes away. If it does then it's a problem up front. If it is still there then it's a converter or flywheel broken or something similar.

I would also check the engine mounts to see if there are collapsed
