Fuel consumption

I have a 96 Blazer, acts as though it is flooding, I've changed injectors, fuel regulator, plugs, wires cap & rotor, MAP sensor, catalytic convertor, no help. Fuel consumption has gone from 20mpg to 10 mpg. I also had the PCM reprogrammed. It's as though the PCM is receiving info to send more gas. I also can only get 1 code 300 (random misfire) I need the solution, can you help?

You might want to try a cylinder leak-down test. It will be more of a pinpoint test than running a compression check.
