95 Chevy Blazer Check Engine Light

What and how do I get my codes out what tool where can I get it and can I just count the clicks from the light? I have 190,000 on the truck and the only thing I have done to the motor is the K&N cone air filter kit but truck starts but has lack of power seems to heitate and run a little rough ideas?

Try the diagnostic connector underneath the dash panel jumper A to B terminal and then count the flashes. Then comeback with the codes. Some 95's are OBD2 system.

Could also be a clogged exhaust system-The Cat
