One of my O2 Sensors failed (Heater) P0141
I replaced the sensor. No matter where I put a Bosch Sensor in the Exhaust System, I get Heater Failures on a Cold Start every 2nd day.
4 New Bosch Sensors were placed in all 3 locations only to create more heater errors on a cold start. (every 2 days)
Returned all Bosch Sensors but 1 sensor, placing the original Denso Sensors pre Cat and the only Bosch Post Cat - Again I am still getting Post Cat O2 Sensor Heater Failuure P0141 every 2nd day.

check the OXYGEN fuse in the underhood fuse block, see if it's blown.also don't use bosch 02 sensors, there pure garbage.use OEM 02 sensors,I've installed bosch one"s before and had nothing but trouble.check the fuse first and post back and will advise from there.
