2 days ago, my truck started to sputter and miss while I was driving. We had a diagnostic test done and it said that the plugs needed to be changed. My husband changed the plugs and the wires and it did help some but not completely. It is still sputtering and missing but not as bad. What can we do now? Did we miss something?

Hello,

Did he change the Distributor Cap and Rotor Button? If not have him pull the cap off and look inside it if the little metal tangs are carboned up have him clean them up also look at the rotor button and clean the front edge of the metal piece. place cap back on and run it if fixes problem go ahead and replace the cap and rotor.

Post finding here....
