2001 Chevy Blazer 02 SENSOR

I brought my car in for a prewinter antifreeze flush/fill. Several days later the engine began to run irregullarly and the check engine light began flashing. I put the code reader on the car and it showed the following: P0306 - Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected, P0155 - O2 Sensor Heater Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1). Could the problems be caused by something they did during the flush/fill or is it just coincidence? I'm assuming that the cylinder misfire is simply a result of the O2 sensor problems, am I correct in looking to replace them?

I doubt the miss is from the prior service unless the did something purposely. As far as the random missfire, the O2 sensor may cause the problem. I would start there first to see if the problem is resolved. However, there may be other problems such as a bad spark plug which is causing the O2 sensor to react to unburned fuel. Or it could be a different ignition problem. Try the O2 sensor and see if it helps. Let me know how it goes.
