Causes for a P0300 code?

If I am not mistaken, that is multiple misfire, which can be alot of things, starting with the ignition module, egr valve, intake maniflold gasket leak, multiple spark plugs or wires at fault. Could be several bad injectors. So there are many things to check, even a bad catalytic converter.
