1999 Chevy Blazer mechanic told me front end work, want a l

When i'm going slower, 30mph or so, it seems like one wheel is oval shaped( it has a hop to it). Then this goes away at higher speed and a hum starts. All this from front left side. I do need new wheels but there is still some tread left.

Are any of the tires have a choppy wear to them when you run your hands around the circumference of the tire?

IF so, tires are probably the fix to this.

Lack of rotation, weak suspension will cause this condition.
