My oil looks like milk an I see smoke coming from my fire wall.

It sounds like there is coolant mixing with theoil. You may have a bad head gasket, intake gasket. As far as the smoke, are you sure it's smoke or could it be steam coming from a coolant leak from the rear of a head or the intake.
