Hi there,

You have two problems here, first you bets get the cooling system pressure tested to locate any external leaks, I feel that the heater core is also faulty, secondly the transmission oil leak will be a seal or pan gasket leaking, have this inspected ASAP before you do some serious damage to the transmission.

As far as the leak inside the vehicle, has it rained recently? My next thought was the heater core, does the fluid look like antifreeze?

I don't know about the tranny issue, I don't think I ever heard of tranny fluid leaking inside the vehicle?
