1995 Chevy Blazer Oil Pressure

I lose power, and the oil pressure gage stays pass the half way mark even when vechiicle is not running.
We just had a oil change and level is still good. It also seems to force when taking off sometimes

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. As far as the oil pressure gage?
