My blazer has recently developed a missfire. I have replaced the spider, plugs(platniums), wires, rotor and cap, could it be the egr valve even tho it was cleaned out? The compression readings show 5 cylinders between 135-150psi and 1 cylinder at about 110-115psi, I dont know what else to check. Any clues or suggestions?

1 cylinder at about 110-115psi-retest this cylinder.
Low compression in one cylinder usually indicates a bad exhaust valve

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
