My Blazer starts up fine (the first time) and drives fine for about 35 minutes and then it just dies without warning.

When I try to start it.I doesn't even turn over.

BUT if I wait about 10 minutes, it will start back up but run really bad and die later. It also smells like gas outside of the car.

I took out the EGR valve and the plunger was clogged so I cleaned it and it fixed it for about 2 days. Now it's doing it again and I'm not sure if it really was the EGR valve.

Please help me with this =\

Next time it dies out don't give it a rest do below immediately to catch if its a fuel or spark problem

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
